Thyme - or as we like to call it - “Good Thyme” never ceases to amaze. The food is incredible and the hosts are warm and welcoming. Everything from the cheese plates to the main course and dessert is absolutely fresh, carefully picked and paired and meticulously cooked to perfection. It is a meal and experience that is hard to forget!

We had a lovely meal at Thyme. Winston, our chef, has a new approach to the private catered dining experience that made us feel comfortable, safe and relaxed after enjoying a superb meal with friends in a small elegant setting. Our favorite dish was a whole poached salmon served buffet-style along with a variety of delicious side dishes. The wine pairings were excellent and a highlight was a make-your-own apple tart for dessert.
Thyme is a lovely setting for a cozy dinner with family and friends or for hosting a business event.

I have had the good fortune of experiencing the food and ambiance at Thyme several times. Whether it was when we did a team dinner for which Chef Winston prepared a delicious variety of fresh and flavorful dishes, or when I've been invited to dine at a small private event. There's a feeling of spontaneity since even if you think you know a dish, somehow Winston puts a spin on it that makes your palate go "wow". Small intimate and thoroughly satisfying.
